Remote Management

MSI offers multiple levels of remote management for our customers, depending on their individual needs.

 

BASIC MONITORING

  • Antivirus
  • Datto offsite management (PC/Application/Updates)
  • Monitor:  OS, Microsoft Office, Updates, Patches

BASIC MONITORING PLUS

  • Includes Basic Monitoring
  • Monitoring of standard Apps (ie Adobe, Web Browsers), Printer Drivers
  • Identify and remotely remove unwanted Apps via Datto (as defined by client)

BASIC MONITORING PLUS REMOTE ASSISTANCE

  • Includes Basic Monitoring Plus
  • Remote Assistance:  Remote into PC’s to resolve issues with above monitoring
  • Setup of new/replacement PC’s (Must meet MSI specifications)

FULL REMOTE SUPPORT (All support requests must be via MSI Ticket system)

  • Custom Support Plan to cover remote help with PCs and Specialty Applications
  • Includes Basic Monitoring Plus Remote Assistance
  • Remote:  Specialty Applications (All applications must be pre approved by MSI to be included)
  • Current covered Apps include Web Based App Triage/ Email Triage/ Printer and Scanner Triage
  • User credential administration; Each user must have unique credentials
  • Systems purchased for MSI setup and support must meet all MSI specifications in order to be covered under this agreement.

Meraki Management

  • Monitor and Report Monthly (Includes lease of equipment)
  • Remote changes to equipment
  • Create and Remove Remote Access and VPN’s
  • Firmware Update Management and Scheduling
  • Security from unwanted sites based on client requirements

Duo – Two Party Authentication*

  • *Requires on site Domain Controller
